Nung 2nd week of using ko nag spotting ako, super kaba ko kasi first time nangyari yung spotting after 2weeks natapos ang regla nagsearch ako if okay lang pero normal lang daw basta nagchange hormones. Na regular na mens ko tapos may lumalabas ng buo buong dugo kulay item na, hoping sa susunod na regla lalabas na yung mga blood clot na naging pcos

I decided to stop taking pills to regulate my hormones December last year. January I still had my cycle but Feb I missed. Maybe my body was still adjusting from getting myself off pills.
Slowly I gained my energy and for some reason I had the will to move a little. I continued drinking ovaflow and did a bit of exercise. March-June 2026 I did not miss my period. Im scared the most of having cystic acne since it would flare up after I would stop drinking pills but surprisingly it did not. A little bit of pimples here and there when Im near my cycle but not as bad as before that my pimples would struggle to fit in my face so it would grow on top of each other LOL.
Hopeful Ovaflow would continue to be this effective to my body. I take it with probiotics and berberine. I recommend it !!

I am editing my review. It's only been 11 days since I started taking this last June 4, 2026 and I finally had my period after 2 months. The Hormonal Imbalance Melon Drink from Barreto didn't work for me. Nakatatlong pack din ako doon. Pero this one, di ko pa nauubos pero nagkaperiod na agad ako. Highly recommended!

1week nahigit palang akong umiinom aftern ng period ko pero nagtataka ako but ako nag spotting ngayun hindi naman ako ganito dati nagsearch din ako baka dahil sa change of hormones. Sana nga matulungan ako nito makabuo na kami, anyway mabango pala ang tablets strawberry flavor.

Got mine already😍 Before ko to chineck out inask ko muna talaga OB ko if pwede ako magtake nitong Ovaflow, approved nya naman and chineck nya rin ang mga ingredients, which is good naman dahil meron inositol.
Also, meron din naman akong ibang nakita na food supplement for PCOS kaso wala, nanalo sa puso ko si Ovaflow🤗

Sobrang happy ako sa purchase ko. I have been diagnosed with PCOS since 2020. Grabe hormonal imbalance ko to the point na it is affecting my skin. Very dull and lifeless and maraming chismis. Wala pang one month of taking Ovaflow grabe ung changes sa skin ko. Maski ibang tao nakapansin. I bought two bottles and will continue to buy this product once maubos na to.
