Our Story Begins With One Woman’s Battle
Lira, founder of Ovaflow, knows what it’s like to feel invisible in your own body.
For years, she battled symptoms no one could explain—fatigue, irregular cycles, mood swings, and a deep ache that came with every “Kailan kayo magkakaanak?”
In 2023, she was diagnosed with PCOS. For the first time, everything made sense. But that diagnosis came with its own heartbreaks.
Lira and her husband had been trying to conceive for 2 years. And then came the losses.
Three pregnancies. Three babies. Gone too soon.
One of them happened during what was supposed to be a routine 12-week scan.
She still remembers the words: “Wala nang heartbeat.”
That moment shattered her. But it also stirred something deeper.
From Silent Grief to Sisterhood
Lira dove deep into research—learning everything she could about PCOS, hormonal health, and natural fertility wellness. She started healing her body through lifestyle changes, nutrition, and supplements. And she made a promise:
